- Two new patient or periodic exams per year
- One emergency oral exam (includes necessary X-rays)
- Bitewing X-rays (four per adult, two per child)
- Complete series/Panorex X-rays (one every three years)
The following services are partially covered:
- Periodontal Exam (50%)
- Fluoride Varnish & Dental Sealants (50%)
- Additional Preventive Care (20%)
- Fillings/Core Buildup (20%)
- Periodontal Therapy (gingivitis care, oral debridement, scaling/root planing) (15%)
- Dentures/Partials (15%)
